Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, which includes the Distance Selling Regulations, and as such any disputes that shall arise will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Whilst we endeavour to make sure that all our prices and product descriptions are accurate and up to date, errors do sometimes occur. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order or to cancel any order, which is based on incorrect pricing or specification.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis.

If a product is ordered where there is a minimum age requirement by placing the order you confirm that you are of the required age.

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for specific purposes this remains the responsibility of the customer. We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any third parties whatsoever. Our liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the price paid for the goods. We do not guarantee that this website will be compatible with all customer hardware and software. Thus we cannot be held liable for any lost data, interruption of communications, loss of profits, or viruses which may effect your computer as result of your accessing this site or any of the sites to which we have links.

Specific Terms and Conditions:

Pricing & Payment:

All prices are in £ sterling and are quoted excluding and including VAT, they do not include carriage costs. Prices and offers are subject to change without notice and we are under no obligation to accept your order. VAT is charged at a rate of 17.5%. Should we be unable to supply your order at the price displayed we will contact you via email and give you the option of re ordering or canceling the order. In the event of a cancellation we will refund you in full.

We are a UK website and as such can only accept orders from UK Residents for delivery in the UK.

We accept the following credit/debit cards Visa/Visa Delta/MasterCard/Switch and Solo.

If you do not have a Credit/Debit card we can accept payment via cheque though goods cannot be released until the funds have cleared.

Delivery:

Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom. Deliveries to remote Highlands and Islands are subject to higher delivery charges. An adult must sign for all deliveries and you should keep your receipt. All deliveries are obviously subject to product availability, delivery times shown on the website should only be used as guidelines.
We cannot be held liable for any damage /loss resulting from the failure to meet estimated delivery dates.

Every attempt will be made to supply your order as quickly as possible.

In the event that we cannot supply your order in a reasonable amount of time you will be notified and given the opportunity to cancel.

Please note Orders will where possible be shipped in full and so if your order has products with differing expected delivery times please allow up to the longest delivery time for the order to be delivered. Delivery times shown should be assumed to be working days.

Cancellations and Return of Products:

1) Unwanted Items. May be returned to us up to 7 days after the delivery date provided they are returned in tact and in a resalable condition.

2) Transit Damaged or Incorrect goods. Should you receive items of this nature please inform customer support via email customersupport@computerwebstore.co.uk no later than 7 days from date of delivery so that arrangements can be made to collect and replace the items.

3) Defective Items. Will be dealt with either directly by the manufacturer or through our customer support department which ever is the more efficient for the particular product. Contact us for advise on this, as the procedure and the length of the warranty varies from product to product. The dead on arrival period for our products is 14 days from date of receipt. If the product proves faulty within the first 28 days a replacement or full refund will be offered. However should the product later be found to be in full working order we reserve the right to apply a handling charge.

Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA Number issued by Computerwebstore.

Failure to comply with our procedures regarding the return of product may result in incurring costs of up to 25% of the value of the goods in administration and re-stocking fees.
