The aim of this website is to simply provide a reliable, easy, secure and cost effective way for people to buy I.T. products online.
We hope that you will be happy with our product range and the prices we offer as we constantly monitor these with what our competitors, suppliers and the manufacturers are offering.
We try to give you as much information about the products as possible
to enable you to choose the product that is right for you.
We only sell top brand products to ensure you of the highest quality,
the lowest failure rates and above all if something should go wrong the
best after sales service.
It is not our intention, unlike other companies out there, to treat you as an advertising resource to be used as much as possible. We are in the I.T. business and will not bombard you with adverts for anything from car insurance to cheap loans unlike a lot of our competitors.
We do have links with other companies out there, but these are not forced upon anybody or pop up when you are not expecting it. They are carefully selected to complement the products that we offer and you have the choice whether or not to view them. We also do not give your details out to any third parties. Our current partners can be viewed via our partner websites page.
We do not intend again, unlike other companies, to, once we have your details, send out email after email advertising our products and services. We may, and only if you have agreed to be on the mailing list, from time to time send mails about updates or improvements to the site. We will also not bombard you with junk postal mail as we believe this to taking a liberty simply because you have been kind enough to give us your details.
Whilst our aim is always to maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction, occasionally things will go wrong, our commitment to you, is that when this does occur we will do everything necessary to overcome the problem as quickly and effectively as possible. We will also keep you fully informed as to what is going on until the problem has been resolved to your full satisfaction.
