Do you charge for delivery?
Yes and the rate is determined by the weight or size of the item and where it is shipping to i.e. there may be an extra charge to deliver to Islands or remote areas.
What methods on payment do you accept?
We accept Visa/Visa Delta/Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch and Solo credit/Debit cards. We can also accept cheques through the post however goods will only be released once the cheque has cleared.
What if I don’t have a credit/debit card
can I still buy?
Yes, firstly send an email to customersupport@computerwebstore.co.uk
telling us what you would like to buy, this needn’t be restricted
to the products we have on the website. We will then email you back confirmation
of the pricing and availability. You should then send us a cheque for
the required amount and once the cheque has cleared we will ship the goods.
How do I know my transaction will be secure?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you may cancel your order before the goods have shipped by emailing
us at customersupport@computerwebstore.co.uk
quoting your order reference number. Orders cancelled after dispatch will
be subject to a reasonable handling/re-stocking fee.
What if I loose my website password?
You may receive a reminder of your password by email from us by filling
in your details in the checkout section and selecting the “Forgotten
your Password?” tab.
What do I do if I only receive part of my order
or it is damaged?
All shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery.
Preferably on the day they occur. You should send an email to us at customersupport@computerwebstore.co.uk
detailing the shortage/damage and including your order reference number.
We will then endeavour to find the missing goods or make arrangements
to replace the damaged ones.
What If I can’t find the items I am looking
for?
If you can’t find an item you are looking for then please email
us and tell us what you are after as long as it is I.T. related we should
be able to source it for you and give you a speedy reply regarding cost
and availability. Obviously we cannot list every I.T. product on the website
however we are able to source most items.
How do I return unwanted or faulty goods?

here you will find what our policy on this is and how to go about using
this service including all the forms you will need.
Why don’t you ship outside the UK?
We do not currently ship to addresses outside the UK for the following
reasons. a) Safety and insurance of the goods b) Customs differences and
procedures between counties. Both of these reasons have cost and time
implications, which make shipping outside the UK a non-viable proposition.
Do you offer Pre-Sales support?
Unfortunately we do not offer personalised Pre-Sales Support, however
we try to offer as much information as possible about our products on
our website. We also provide links to manufacturers websites to enable,
you the customer, to make an informed decision about your purchase.
Can I change my credit card details?
Yes each time you purchase from Computerwebstore you will be asked to
submit your card details so you can use a different card each time if
you wanted to.
Can a specific date be requested for delivery?
No it is not possible to request a specific date for delivery at the moment.
The reason for this is simply down to logistics and the management of
this for all customers. What usually happens in the case where nobody
is home to receive the goods is that your address will be carded and the
goods will be held at a local depot until such time as you can accept
delivery.
When and how do I get my receipted invoice?
Once we have processed your order and the goods have been despatched you
will receive an invoice from us via email or with the goods themselves.
By registering on your site, does this mean
I will be sent rafts of unwanted adverts from other companies?
Definitely not, we, like you, do not appreciate unsolicited emails trying
to sell us everything from CDs to holidays and so we will not pass on
your details to any third parties. We may however, and only with your
permission, from time to time email you with details of special offers
from Computerwebstore which may be of interest.
Do you offer credit account terms to companies?
Credit accounts may be offered to businesses through HSP Global Ltd. However
these are subject to credit checks/Trade references and the completion
of our account application form, which is available from: sales@hspglobal.com.
Why has my order arrived in used packaging?
In an effort to reduce waste we recycle as much packaging material as possible so the package may appear to be worn but it will still be secure.
